Schools We Work With
Not Seeing your School? Let’s talk.
I just wanted to say in the past couple of years I have received services for my son with Advanced Speech and Rehab and have seen my son develop tremendously! He is more outspoken, expressive, talkative, a great reader because of Mrs. Frances! I am beyond satisfied with the services he is getting and continue to expect nothing less from them! You’ve changed our families lives completely! Thank you!

What should I expect during the first appointment?
During the first session, our therapists establish rapport by getting to know the client. The first few sessions are fun-filled with few demands.
What locations do you serve now?
Our in-person services are in Orange, Osceola, and Lake Counties. However, we are able to service the entire state of Florida through teletherapy!
How much does speech therapy cost?
All private pay therapy is $55 per session but we accept a variety of insurance listed in Question 1. If you have commercial insurance, check with your insurance company for therapy benefits.
How often will my child need to come to speech therapy?
Each child is different and requires different needs. Depending on the severity of the difficulty, we may recommend 1-3 times a week.
What paperwork do I need to fill out to get started?
In order to get started, we require you to complete our intake form:
Visit our New clients forms page here to access the intake form.
How do I get involved with my child’s therapy?
It is important for parents to get involved with their child’s therapy. Our therapists give weekly home activities that are used to carry over the skills taught during therapy. Completing these activities is the best way to get involved with therapy.
What do I need to do to schedule an appointment?
We offer free consultations for individuals who would like to share their concerns and learn more about how we help. For evaluations, we require a referral for the service/s needed and a completed intake form. Book a free consultation here!
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Yes. We require a referral from the doctor that’s been issued within 6 months to do an evaluation.
Is there a waitlist?
No. Our therapists are ready to serve you!
How does online speech therapy work?
Teletherapy works through a secure platform where experienced therapists work with clients via an internet connection, web portal, and two-way live video. Through the platform, the clients interact with the therapist just as he/she would if it was an in-person session.
How long will my child need speech therapy
Therapy is not a race; it’s a marathon! There are many factors that determine how long a child is in therapy. Some of these factors include the severity of the disorder, carryover of home programming, and participation in therapy.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions are dependent on several factors such as severity, age, and tolerability. Therapy duration ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
After evaluation, what’s the next step?
Following the evaluation, our team completes the evaluation report and plan of care to submit to the doctor. Once signed by the doctor, we submit this to the insurance company for approval. This can take up to 2 weeks.
How do I know what milestones my child should be meeting?
Check out our free milestone screener to the left for more information.
Do you provide speech-language therapy to adults?
Yes! We have experience with young adults who are diagnosed with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Intellectually Disabled, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Social Pragmatic difficulties.
