About Us

We’re passionate about changing lives.

We are an inclusive therapy practice dedicated to helping young people to build the key skills they need to unlock their full potential.

Our Story

Founder, Frances Toddy

Inspired by my mother who was a passionate Speech Language Pathologist, I began working as an SLP in public schools to help young people find their voice. However, I soon realized the limitations of group therapy – No two kids are alike, and as such therapy has to be customized to fit the needs and unique personalities of each person. This is why ASRS was founded, to provide individualized speech, occupational and physical therapy.

We focus on providing each client with the right kind of support based on their needs, goals, and stages in life. We meet them where they are, not only through therapy but also by providing a convenient delivery model offered at school or online.

My team and I love what we do and put as much effort into making therapy fun as we do into ensuring that we provide the highest standard of care possible for all our clients.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a world where every person has access to support and resources to build critical communication and life skills they need to navigate their day-to-day experiences successfully.

Community
Community

We believe it takes a village for therapy to be most effective. This is why we’re dedicated to empowering the community by giving back and sharing knowledge and resources to help them support their loved ones.

Diversity
Diversity

We strive to create a space where persons from every background can receive the best support. Our diverse team of therapists are able to understand the nuances of different environments and cultures to provide the most suitable therapy plan for each client.

Continuous Learning
Continuous Learning
